Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. We have a limit of 2 pets per household, even though we do not have a weight restriction we do have dog breed restrictions. Restricted breeds include: Chow Chows, Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes and Wolf-Hybrids. You can apply directly through our website, or in person at our leasing office. The application process includes a background check, credit check, and proof of income.
We prefer appointments but wouldn’t turn away a walk-in tour! Please check out our office hours on the “Contact Us” tab of our website if you plan to stop on by.

Yes! We offer various lease renewal options (6-15 months), and we’ll reach out to you prior to your lease expiration to discuss your options. If you have any specific requests or questions, our leasing team is always happy to help.

Renters insurance is a personal insurance policy that protects your belongings inside your apartment. It covers damage or loss due to unexpected events such as fire, water damage from neighboring units, or natural disasters.
We require renters insurance for all residents at The Woodlands of Minnetonka to ensure you’re protected in case of accidents. Keep in mind: if you have roommates, each person must have their own policy or be officially added to an existing one. Without proper coverage, your personal belongings won’t be protected, and you may be liable for any damages.
The price range you see reflects the variation in lease terms we offer — from short-term 6-month leases to longer 15-month options. Pricing depends on the length of your lease and the demand for that move-out month.
For example, if many leases are set to expire during a specific month, prices for that term may be higher to help balance availability. So while a 15-month lease is often more affordable, it’s not guaranteed to be the lowest rate. Our leasing team can help you find the best fit based on your timing and budget.

We offer both surface parking and heated underground parking for your convenience. One underground parking space is included in your rental agreement. An additional underground space can be added to your lease for $60/month. Guest parking is also available.
